Description

Gaia represents how I see Earth with its flora and fauna, vibrant, mysterious, and full of color. The title was selected from Greek mythology though I see the masculinity and femininity of earth, I feel this piece highlights the femininity earth possesses.

This piece is apart of my approach to abstract expressionism. It balances my passion for the intensity of abstract expressionism with its explosive movements combined with the finesse of softer approaches such as the watercolor technique.
